The MOQ for standard models is 1 unit.

We support retail, sample orders and small-batch trial orders. Tiered pricing discounts apply to bulk purchases of 10 units or more—the larger the order quantity, the higher the discount rate. The MOQ for customized models is subject to evaluation based on specific requirements. Please consult our account manager for details.

We provide comprehensive OEM/ODM customization services. Customizable items include: equipment appearance logo, body color, tank size and material, ultrasonic power, heating temperature range, and optional functions like timer/temperature control. We can also customize product manuals and packaging gift boxes according to your brand needs. The customization lead time is usually 7–20 working days, subject to the final confirmation of the customization plan.

The device has a wide range of applications. For industrial use, it can clean precision auto parts such as fuel injectors, spark plugs, carburetors and bearings. For household use, it is suitable for small items like eyeglasses, jewelry, shaver heads, baby bottles and pacifiers. We recommend selecting the corresponding model based on your cleaning needs.

Power determines cleaning efficiency and applicable scenarios:① Low-power models (60–200W): Ideal for home use, cleaning lightweight small items such as eyeglasses and jewelry, featuring low noise and low energy consumption.② Medium-power models (300–600W): Suitable for auto repair shops and laboratories, cleaning small auto parts and labware.③ High-power models (≥1000W): Designed for batch cleaning in factories, capable of handling large, heavy-oil components like transmission valve bodies and engine parts.

For in-stock orders of standard models, shipment will be arranged within 48 hours after payment. For customized models, shipment will follow the timeline agreed upon by both parties.
Supported shipping methods:① Courier/express delivery: Suitable for retail and sample orders, covering domestic areas and some neighboring countries.② Sea/air freight: Suitable for cross-border bulk orders, available for delivery to destinations worldwide.
Freight is calculated based on order quantity, delivery address and shipping method. Bulk orders are eligible for freight discounts or free shipping.

After a cross-border order is shipped, we will provide a logistics tracking number and tracking link, allowing you to check the shipment status at any time.
For customs clearance, we will provide basic documents free of charge, including commercial invoice, packing list and product certificate of conformity. If the destination country requires special certification documents (e.g., CE, FDA), please inform our customer service in advance, and we will assist in providing relevant materials (certification fees are calculated separately).
